Alex Cheng is a Registered Counselling Psychologist in Hong Kong, specializing in psychotherapy for teenagers and adults. He is passionate about facilitating the healing process to help individuals lead brighter lives. His primary focus is to assist clients in living authentically, free from an unconscious fixation on their wounds and trauma. In addition, Alex is also active in providing psychological services focused on psychosocial and developmental aspects. He offers psychoeducational talks, workshops, and training sessions.Alex has extensive experience working with adults facing emotional distress, relationship issues, and mental health challenges.
