Miss Poon holds a Master's degree of Social Science in Counselling Psychology from Hong Kong Shue Yan University. She is currently a practicing counselling psychologist.Miss. Poon specializes in utilizing Humanistic Therapy, Emotion-Focused Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, and concepts related to Existentialism to help adolescents and adults from diverse backgrounds navigate various issues — for instance, emotional struggle, trauma, personal growth, interpersonal relationships, and career planning. Miss. Poon is dedicated to promoting the importance of mental health and self-acceptance in society, encouraging individuals to seek self-awareness, personal growth, self-acceptance, and meaning amidst the inevitable challenges and pains of life.
