《個別面談服務衛生防疫措施》

鑑於近日新型冠狀病毒疫情嚴重，本中心對個別面談服務現實施以下衛生防疫措施：

  • 面談前填寫健康申報表，如有發燒或其他疾病症狀，則不宜繼續面談

  • 如閣下在過去兩星期曾往來中國內地，輔導面談服務須在自我隔離後14日進行

  • 面談前須確保雙手清潔或用酒精搓手液消毒雙手

  • 面談時須戴上外科口罩

  • 面談時需保持一至兩米距離

  • 本中心所有輔導心理學家已填寫健康申報表並遵從衛生署之指引

  • 本中心的設施及用具將加強清潔及消毒

  • Please fill in the Health Declaration Form before counselling session. If fever or any other symptoms are found, counselling session should be cancelled

  • Within the past two weeks of returning from Mainland China, counselling session should be rescheduled after the 14-day self-isolation

  • Hands must be cleaned or disinfected with alcohol-based sanitizer before counselling session

  • Please wear a surgical mask during the counselling session

  • Please maintain one to two meters distance during the counselling session

  • All counselling psychologist from CRC has filled in the Health Declaration Form and followed the guidelines from the Department of Health

  • Frequently touched surfaces, furniture and toys are regularly and frequently cleaned and disinfected
